Purpose: |
To provide partial reimbursement for students' international travel related to study abroad. The amount of reimbursement is based on program location as outlined above. Students can be reimbursed more than once (in fact, any number of times) for study abroad. |
Eligibility Requirements: |
Students majoring in programs administered by the College of Human Sciences are eligible. Students must have completed two semesters of college and travel must be in conjunction with programs earning credits which will apply toward the ISU degree. |
Application
Procedures: |
1. Complete and sign the CHS International Experiences Travel Reimbursement Request form (Word or pdf).
2. Obtain academic advisor's signature.
3. Attach EITHER a) the airline ticket receipt showing airfare or a printout of the online receipt if the ticket was purchased online, OR b) if billed for the trip by ISU, copies of the university bill showing BOTH the charge for the program AND payment of the charge.
4. Submit to the Director, International Experiences Program, E104 Lagomarcino, Iowa State University, Ames, IA 50011. |
